Hidden in an ancient pine forest at the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, along the prettiest bays of the South of Spain, there is a place that`s pure and perfect.

You can swim next to the 85 years old palm trees or quietly swing your hammock in the shade of the lemon trees, next to the water well. If the weather is too hot, you can relax in the jaima (big Moroccan desert tent) where you can choose a book from the library or play a game of pool whilst sipping an ice cold tinto de verano (Spanish summer wine) from the bar. At night, you can climb up to the roof terrace for a phenomenal look at the stars from the planetarium. They call it Paraiso Perdido: Lost Paradise.

Paraiso Perdido welcomes you in a lovely private atmosphere. With only a few rooms, suites and two cottages, there`s lots of space to make yourself entirely at home and taste the typical Andalusian atmosphere with its traditional Spanish as well as Moorish influences.

Each room has its own unique character. All the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and sink but there is no cooker. The suite offers you a phenomenal private terrace as well.

The cottages offer a sitting area, television, cd-player and a kitchen equipped with refrigerator and microwave.The 4-person cottage even provides you with your private roof terrace. Both cottages have their own garden with a direct access to the swimming pool

All of the rooms are cleaned weekly with change of bed linen and towels unless otherwise required. In that case you will be charged extra.

Breakfast will be served around 9 O´clock in front of your door.

The Area

Paraiso Perdido offers you whatever you`re looking for, from a quiet home along the ocean to a place from which you discover all of Andalusia`s best kept secrets.

Located just 10 minutes from the beautiful long white sand beaches, it`s a perfect place to explore the wonders and beauties of the yet unspoiled Costa de la Luz. Magic white pueblo Vejer de la Frontera is just around the corner and Cadiz the oldest city in Europe is only 20 minutes away. You can be in Tarifa, famous for its wind and waves in half an hour from where a day trip to Africa can be arranged easily. And for those of you who are horse enthusiasts you can visit the home and school of the world’s famous Andalusian bred horses. Still, you will never feel trapped among tourists, since it`s virtually only the Spanish that come here for some of the best things their country has to offer.

Paraiso Perdido is proud to offer excellent horseback riding excursions through the ancient pine forests and on the beach on fabulous Andalusian horses.

High season: 1st of June until 1st of October

Mid season: 1st of October until 1st of November, 1st of March till 1st of June

Low season: 1st of November until 1st of March

Easter and all Bankholidays in Spain are high season prices.

Extra bed: €20 per night

Prices include breakfast and tax.

To confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount payable should be transferred into the account provided. The reservation will not be confirmed until the transfer is realized. Once the deposit is received you will get a confirmation via email.

Cancellation policy:

Any cancellation of the reservation will result in retaining partly or all of the deposit paid, Order 15 de September of 1978 Spanish Law.

1. 5% of the amount paid if the cancelation is done more than 30 days from arrival.

2. 50% of the amount paid if the cancelation is done less than 30 days and more than 7 days before the arrival.

3. 100% of the amount paid if the cancelation is done less than 7 days before arrival.
