Bookings
- After confirmation of availability by e-mail or telephone a provisional booking is held up to 10 days pending a non-refundable deposit of 15% (however there might be exceptions). Once the deposit is received, confirmation will be sent by e-mail or fax.
Terms and Conditions are being accepted by paying the deposit or the full amount due.
Payment of Balance and Cancellations
Balance of payment (all bank charges to be paid by customer) is due at least 4 weeks prior to arrival or as otherwise advised. If the property is booked within 4 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately. Confirmation of payment will be sent with necessary details and directions by e-mail, fax or post. Strongly advised is to take out comprehensive travel insurance, including a cancellation clause.
- Cancellation charges are as follows:
- 25% of total rental cost from 27 days
- 50% of total rental cost between 27 and 13 days
- No refunds thereafter
Security Deposit, Breakages and Damages
- Security deposit is usually not required (however there might be exceptions).
- Customers are trusted to report any breakages or damage to local contact a.s.a.p. If necessary customers will be asked to pay for any repairs or replacements.
- If any appliances/ equipments do not function properly or if guests have any complaints at all it is essential that these are reported immediately to local contact. Otherwise we may not be held responsible.
- The property is to be vacated in a reasonably clean and tidy condition similar to the one found on arrival. A mid or end of rental cleaning is available at extra cost.
Occupancy, Arrival and Departure Times, Change Over Day
- The number of occupants must not exceed stated capacity of property under any circumstances; failure to do so may lead to an additional charge or immediate vacation of the property without compensation.
- The accommodation is available on arrival day from 3pm and will have to be vacated on departure day by 11am. Change over day is usually Saturdays; more flexible out of season or where possible.
- If by any circumstances outside of our responsibility, the reserved property can not be used, we have the right to reserve another accommodation which accomplishes the same characteristics as the beforehand reserved: size, location, standard.
- Any circumstances which are not directly related to the property or the contracted services, i.e.: short failures in the electricity or water supply, or insects like ants or mosquitoes are not part of our service obligations.
Security and Safety
- Customers are responsible for keys of property whilst in their possession and they have to be returned to local contact or deposited as advised.
- Letting agents and property owners are not liable for any damages or injuries to persons or property belonging to any occupant.
- Also, where applicable the use of swimming pool is at guest’s own risk.
- Parents are responsible for the supervision of children particularly in and around pools.
- No responsibility will be accepted for accidents occurring in and on the property.
